Upgrade your GY6 final-drive gearing without having to press the new countershaft gear yourself.
This NCY 16×36 upgear set comes PRE-PRESSED onto the countershaft, eliminating the need to remove the original gear and press the NCY gear onto your existing shaft.
The 16×36 combination provides a 2.25:1 final gear ratio, compared with the commonly used stock 13×40 ratio of approximately 3.077:1. This represents approximately a 27% upgear and is designed to provide greater top-speed potential and a more usable RPM range on properly powered GY6 performance engines.

Fitment on QMK / GY7 engine variants has not been confirmed.
Due to differences between manufacturers and transmission configurations, please compare your original gear dimensions, spline count and engine configuration before ordering.
Do not purchase based solely on engine displacement.
IMPORTANT
Upgearing does not increase engine horsepower. Taller gearing provides greater top-speed potential when the engine has sufficient power to pull the higher ratio.
Actual performance will vary depending on engine displacement, modifications, CVT tuning, tire size, vehicle weight and other factors.
